I'm a Shinshu person, but I have never seen soba so beautiful and shiny.The menu is only Zaru Soba.I think each has their own tastes, but I enjoyed them.I feel a little stiffer than usual.I didn't feel the fragrance very much, but I like the bite and throat.The grandmother's atmosphere was very good.The male clerk was indifferent and scared in many ways.
